Our training was completed a few days later, and we set off to the dive shop to select gear. It seems we always get involved with gear-intensive sports. Through the rest of the summer, we did a lot of shore diving off Rockport and Gloucester, and have kept at it since.
The pages on this website cronicle some of our adventures, and hopefully we'll have lots of pictures along with the pages. We also operate the DiveNewEngland website, and hope you'll take the time to stop over there, too. More of our photos adorn that site.
In the short time we've been diving, we've met a lot of great folks. In January 2001, one of these friends passed away unexpectedly and suddenly. I've created a page in tribute to Stephen Brannon.
We try to get away on dive trips whenever we can. We enjoy diving in the cold waters of New England, but it's also enjoyable to get away to the Caribbean and enjoy some warm water. Below is a running list of trip reports. You'll find links to photos below or on the page for a given trip. You'll notice we visit Bonaire a lot. Our friends from college, Jake and Linda, moved to Bonaire several years back and are raising their kids there. Together we've built a company, Caribbean Webcams, and launched the company's first project, the Bonaire Webcams system. We hope you'll take a look.
